Heating Instructions (microwave 800-1000w)

Gently loosen the lid and then reheat in the microwave for 3-5 minutes or until piping hot throughout. (If preferred remove contents and reheat in appropriate cookware on the hob or in the oven, ensure contents are piping hot)

Ingredients (Allergens in BOLD CAPS): White long grain rice, chicken breast, onions, garlic, bell pepper, carrot, leeks, chilli, halloumi (MILK), pak choi, broccoli, sweet chilli sauce (NUTS, PEANUTS, SESAME), spring onions and sesame seeds (SESAME).
